It's a CD, I hope you haven't got it. Because I don't have a receipt and I didn't exactly buy it.

So, Run Fatboy, Run was a interesting turn of events for Simon Pegg in his career. With movies like Shaun of the Dead (fav.) and Hot Fuzz, this movie was less about satire and more about "the message". There were still some decently funny parts, but this movie will in no way replace Shaun of the Dead in my heart or anything. Leaving his girlfriend at the alter while pregnant, his character Dennis decides to run the marathon his ex's new boyfriend is in order to try and persuade her he's changed his ways. In this movie Simon  is a loving father, a screw up of a boyfriend, a loyal friend, and he ends up being quite a role model by the end. It's just not quite what I see him doing...but the movie was good none the less. Simon has a new movie coming out soon How to Loose Friends and Alienate People. It stars him across the screen from Kirsten Dunst. We'll see....we'll see.

Pop tart wid de ketchup. She's a good.

The Love Guru was a horrible movie. That's about it.... I was so disappointed with this. Mike Meyers, what the hell are you doing? I cannot believe that movie was rated PG-13. I think it was crude and the sexual humor in it was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting 87 minutes of their lives watching this movie. It as no purpose, the plot is crap, and the best part was seeing Justin Timberlake in a speedo. So...yeah....

Skadoosh!

So, I had a private screening of Kung Fu Panda and I have to say, I thought it was wonderful. The movie was so innovative and the CG animation was mind-blowing! Amazing! Jack Black is the main character and though he is never physically seen on screen, his energy and personality is not left behind. His character panda is loveable, funny, and really establishes the "never give up on your dreams" motif that is oh so popular in the movies. With other voices such as Seth Rogen and Angelina Jolie, no wonder it was such a hit? It had really good humor in it and it really was a movie for all ages. Parents could take the kids and be generally interested in the plot and cute story. Just remember, there is no special ingredient. You are you, and that is wonderful. :)

I'm going to take a pillowcase and fill it full of bars of soap and beat the shit out of you!

Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly do a HILARIOUS job at being Step Brothers. It's a perfect depiction of a family combining into one....except that the step brothers being combined are 40 years old. The brothers, like most families, don't start off well. They don't like anything about one another until they both discover a mutual hatred of Ferrell's younger brother. They develop a quick bond and hilarity ensues. It is rated R though, there are several scenes of grossness (like a certain body part being rubbed on a drum set)...and lots of swearing. But for as gross as some of it was, I wasn't discussed enough to dislike the movie. I loved it. Awesome!
